A former Whatcom County restaurant owner is missing in Nepal. Jeannie Debari owned Milano’s restaurant with her husband Tom. The current owner of Milano’s says Debari was hiking in Nepal when the quake hit.

Police are looking for a man who exposed himself to a Western Washington University student near campus.

The man drove by the female student in a gold or tan SUV fondling himself earlier today just before noon. It happened close to campus near Cedar and Forest streets.
