Another local missing in Nepal, but 4 WWU students OK

A former Whatcom County restaurant owner is missing in Nepal. Jeannie Debari owned Milano’s restaurant with her husband Tom. The current owner of Milano’s says Debari was hiking in Nepal when the quake hit.
