WWU's Center for Economic Vitality Offering Customer-Service Workshop in Lynden Nov. 10

BELLINGHAM - Western Washington University’s College of Business and Economics’ Center for Economic Vitality (CEV), in partnership with the Lynden Chamber of Commerce, is offering a free half-day business workshop on customer service from 8 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Nov. 10, at Dutch Mothers Family Restaurant, 405 Front St., in Lynden.

The workshop is open to any and all business owners and managers interested in learning more about providing exceptional customer service.

Wes Herman from The Woods Coffee and Bob Pritchett from Logos Bible Software will discuss their strategies for delivering excellent customer service to businesses in Whatcom County, across the country and abroad.

Staff from the CEV will also present on measuring customer feedback through surveys and how to act upon this information to improve the service customers receive. This presentation is geared towards offering actionable strategies for business owners and will offer information on develop effective customer service delivery and measurement strategies.
