WWU to Host Pacific Northwest Author Bernadette Pajer Oct. 29 in Poulsbo

Western Washington University on the Peninsulas will host Pacific Northwest author Bernadette Pajer’s free lecture “Be the Author of Your Life: Lessons Learned while Writing Fiction” at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29 at the WWU Center at Olympic College Poulsbo, Room 219.

The event is presented by Western on the Peninsula’s Local Literature Book Group and Western Lecture Series.  RSVP is recommended but not required to attend the lecture.

Pajer will share her personal writing journey and how to find self-discipline and courage as a writer.  She will also discuss her historical science novel “A Spark of Death,” part of her Professor Bradshaw Mystery series, which earned her a Seal of Approval from the Washington Academy of Sciences.

Pajer is a University of Washington graduate, member of the Seattle7Writers and author of the Professor Bradshaw Mysteries and her new novel, “The First Time.” She thoroughly enjoys research, and happily delves into Seattle’s past as well as electrical invention for her Professor Bradshaw investigations.
