WWU participating in the National College Health Assessment starting April 8

Up to 4,000 Western undergrads will be invited to participate

The Counseling and Wellness Center is launching the National College Health Assessment (NCHA) at WWU on Monday, April 8.

The NCHA, a nationally recognized research survey administered by the American College Health Association (ACHA), provides important data to help Western learn about the health habits, behaviors, and perceptions of WWU students. NCHA data reports are used to develop public health goals for the campus and evaluate programs and services that support students’ well-being.

A random sample of 4,000 undergraduate students at Western will be invited to participate, and all students who submit the NCHA survey will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of ten $25 gift certificates to the WWU Bookstore.
