Western Washington University’s Design Program will host its annual portfolio exhibit, featuring guest speaker Eric Karjaluoto, from noon to 4 p.m., Friday, June 11 at the Science Math and Technology Education building foyer on WWU’s campus.

The exhibition will showcase design art from WWU senior designers. Karjaluoto, a founding partner of smashLAB, a digital agency that concentrates on Web site design, will speak at noon.

Karjaluoto has directed projects for groups including CN Design, Tourism Vancouver, and Canadian Heritage. In addition to being recognized for his work by TIME, the Lotus Awards, and ICOGRADA, Karjaluoto has been featured in The Globe and Mail, BC Business, and Studio 4.
