Workshop to cover use of wall spaces in teaching students

Curious about how to use a SMART Board more effectively in your teaching? Wondering how to use your classroom's wall space more efficiently in getting concepts across to your students?

Kendra Douglas, an assistant professor in the Department of Modern and Classical Languages at Western Washington University, will discuss the use of chalkboards, whiteboards and SMART Boards in teaching at a workshop from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, in Miller Hall Room 038.

The workshop is sponsored by Western's Center for Instructional Innovation and Assessment.
