Wellness Program unveils spring offerings

Spring is almost here, and the Faculty & Staff Wellness Program has myriad offerings for Western Washington University faculty and staff.

Spring Exercise Classes:

The program has added more variety and customization in class package structure and simplified its one-day-per-week class pricing.

Classes are offered at multiple times: 8 to 9 a.m., noon to 12:30 p.m., noon to 1 p.m., 1 to 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Classes are offered for everyone from the very beginning exercisers all the way to advanced fitness gurus.

The Faculty & Staff Wellness Program was honored with Seattle Business Magazine's Leaders in Health Care Sliver Award for Outstanding Wellness Program in 2013.
