Wellness program classes available for registration
Faculty and Staff Wellness Program classes for winter quarter have been posted and are available for registration. Classes begin Jan. 5 and continue through March 18.
New offerings and instructors are in place for winter quarter. The fill list is available on the Faculty and Staff Wellness Program website.
Among the winter changes:
- The Faculty and Staff Wellness Program is now a part of the Rec Center.
- Open Lap Swim is still being offered Monday through Friday ffrom noon to 1 p.m.
- Flow Yoga: Senna is back with Flow Yoga, now on Fridays, and Melanie will continue to teach Flow Yoga, now on Mondays.
- Tai Chi is back with Art.
- Nia has a new instructor, Darcy McConnell.
- Kate will be teaching Pilates on Friday for winter quarter.
- Ron Arnold is now added to the instruction staff and will be helping with the fitness class.
