Washington Legislative Internship recruiters on campus for info sessions May 16-17

Washington Legislative Internship recruiters Leo O’Leary and Louis Lindstrom will be visiting Western's campus on Monday, May 16, and Tuesday, May 17, to talk to students about the 2023 WA Legislative Internship Program.  You can learn more about the program on the Washington State Legislature website or by watching a short video about the program.

This amazing opportunity is open to WWU juniors and seniors in any major. Successful applicants will spend Winter 2023 in Olympia working in the Legislature. In addition students will earn up to 15 credits (PLSC 443, Legislative Internship) and receive a stipend of $2,400 to support their living expenses. 

Students can stop by to meet the recruiters and learn about this fantastic internship program at any of the four scheduled drop-in sessions.
