Update on Woodring dean search; applicant screening begins Dec. 9
Paqui Paredes, chair of the search committee for the new dean of the Woodring College of Education, is pleased to provide the following information about search activities to date:
The search committee has finalized the position announcement and has published it in a variety of national publication outlets. The announcement includes a link to the complete job posting. Applicant screening begins Dec. 9.
The search committee is now asking the campus community for assistance. If you know of someone who meets the qualifications for the position, please encourage them to apply. In addition, nominations for the position, including names and contact information, may be sent to either Paqui Paredes, search committee chair, or Jennifer Sloan, search coordinator. Also, members of the campus community are encouraged to post the position on listservs of relevant professional organizations – send the information to either Paqui Paredes or Jennifer Sloan for the files.
