University calendars to be delivered Feb. 7

The large university calendars printed by Western Washington University's Print and Copy Services will be delivered to campus offices on Tuesday, Feb. 7.

Print and Copy Services will be donating the cost of the calendars. For information, read the following letter:

Even with the serious decline in revenue and the budget cuts we have all experienced in the last year, we are providing the university calendars free to you again this year. This decision is because you have continued to order copies and printing from WWU’s Print and Copy Services. We are a self-supporting department and would not be here without our loyal customers at Western. Thank you for your continued business.

WWU Mail Services will again be delivering the calendars this year. They will first deliver one large calendar to each department. For additional calendars, please watch for an email from Mail Services requesting the number of additional calendars (and Dex directories) your department would like to order. You may also pick up both the large calendars and the small calendars at the Commissary and at Haggard Hall.

If you have questions, please call Pam Smith at (360) 650-3914 or email Rosemary Sterling at rosemary.sterling@wwu.edu. Please do not call Copy Services for additional calendars to be delivered to you.

We hope Western’s Print and Copy Services can continue the tradition of donating this calendar to you for years to come. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you in the future.

Thank you!
