Trio of Peace Corps events set for February!

Western's Peace Corps office will hold three events in February! Find out more about the Peace Corps and what makes its year of service so life-changing.

Event: Peace Corps Application Workshop

Date and Time: Tuesday, Feb. 13 from 4-5 p.m.

Location: MH 138

Details: Give your Peace Corps application an edge. Come to this workshop to go over the complete application process and gain tips to improve your application to serve in over 60 countries. Pizza will be served in this interactive session.

 

Event: Peace Corps Geography Bee

Date and Time: Wednesday, Feb. 28 from noon to 1 p.m.

Location: VU 552

Details: To celebrate National Peace Corps Week and back by popular demand, a brand-new and improved Peace Corps Geography Bee will held in VU552 on Wednesday, Feb 28, from noon to 1 p.m. Come test your knowledge of the countries Peace Corps serves in around the world. Prizes for all winners, and pizza will be served!

Date and Time: Wednesday, Feb. 28 from 4-5 p.m.

Location: MH 138

Details: To celebrate National Peace Corps Wee, come get your questions answered about Peace Corps from returned Peace Corps volunteers in this panel discussion on Wednesday, Feb. 28 from 4-5 p.m. in Miller Hall room 138. We will have three returned Peace Corps volunteers share their experiences and answer your questions. Pizza will be served!
