Training in emergency preparedness now offered at Western

Environmental Health and Safety regularly offers a variety of trainings, including CPR, first aid, automated external defibrillator and fire safety, for faculty and staff of Western Washington University.

A new class, Emergency Preparedness, has recently been added; it will provide a general personal emergency preparedness awareness and recommendations for work and home. This training is first being offered at 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 11, but can also be tailored to supplement a staff meeting. To sign up for trainings offered, visit Western’s Training website, or request a staff meeting training by contacting Holly Woll-Salkeld at ehs@wwu.edu or 360-650-6511.
