The Ridge to welcome trick-or-treaters Oct. 28

More than 150 costumed Western Washington University students will be waiting to welcome local trick-or-treaters in the Ridgeway University Residences complex from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 28.

All of Ridgeway’s community lounges will be decorated in fun, safe, age-appropriate themes aimed at children ages 4-12. Groups of trick-or-treaters will be taken, along with their required adult escort, on tours of the complex’s various themed locations, with the total tour taking about an hour to complete; a member of the WWU Residence Life Student staff or a Ridgeway complex resident will lead each tour.

More than 200 children participated in this event last year. Last year’s themes were Toy Story, Peter Pan, Wizard of Oz, mad scientist, jungle, carnival, Under the Sea, and Candyland. Come see what fun adventures this year brings!
