Talent management vendors to make presentations Dec. 3 and 7

In consideration of acquiring a new suite of talent management tools at Western Washington University, Human Resources is holding vendor demonstrations Dec. 3 and 7.

Talent management refers to the overall process of developing, managing and retaining employees, including recruiting, learning and training, compensation, employee performance management, and succession planning. The goal of the WWU Talent Management Project is to replace the university's current recruiting, training and performance evaluation application software by providing a best-in-class applications/suite for everything from hiring to training requirements and assessing performance.
