Summer WWU Wellness Program classes began this week, continue through August

Wellness Program classes for summer quarter have begun on campus with a revised summer schedule.

Available courses include Hatha Yoga, Flow Yoga, Lap Swim, Water Aerobics, Fitness and Advanced Cardio Conditioning. A couple of changes have been announced for summer quarter. The noontime Hatha Yoga class has moved from Carver Gymnasium to the Performing Arts Building, and an advanced cardio conditioning class has been added for noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesdays.
