Summer wellness classes begin July 6
Summer quarter is here, and so are the summer Faculty & Staff Wellness Program offerings. Classes begin on Monday, July 6, and continue through Sept. 18.
With the Carver Academic Facility renovation now underway, there are many changes to the program. Here is a little preview of the class changes:
- Tuesday & Thursday Yoga: Now in the Old Main Solarium.
- Power Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga: Now in Old Main on Wednesdays with Melanie for the summer.
- Tai Chi
- Zumba: Now in the Rec Center.
- NIA: Mind Body Fitness: Now in the Rec Center.
- Pilates
- Fitness Class: Now in the Rec Center.
- 30 Minute Fitness: Now in the Rec Center.
- Advanced Cardio Conditioning
- Whole Body Fitness: Mondays only for the summer, and now in the Rec Center.
- Meditation: No instructor, but space is still available for practice.
