Search continues for Dwight Clark, reward pledges now total almost $20,000

With another $2,633 in new pledges over the weekend, the reward for information on the missing WWU student Dwight Clark has risen to $19,628. While there is no new information on his whereabouts, the search continued over the weekend; see the "In the Media" sidebar at right for the latest coverage on this story.

Anyone with information to share regarding Clark's disappearance should call 911.

Dwight Clark was last seen leaving a residence in the 1000 block of Indian Street at approximately 2 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 26. He was wearing blue jeans, a pink tie-dyed T-shirt and black Nike athletic shoes.

Clark, who is 18 years-old, is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall and about 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He is a freshman from Auburn.

  • Volunteer to help search for Dwight. Call BPD Sgt. Colin Emmett at (360) 778-8666 and leave a name and phone number. As the need for additional help develops, volunteers will be called from this list.
  • Put up a poster to help alert others to Clark's disappearance. Fliers are available online here or at the Viking Union Information Desk on the WWU campus. The VU Info Desk is located on the sixth floor of the building.
