Attention Western Faculty & Staff,  

Registration is now OPEN for Fall Wellness Classes! Fall classes will run Wednesday, September 27th - Friday, December 15th. Classes are mostly Hybrid (both online and in-person) and 100% in-person. ALL classes from Summer are continuing in Fall, as well as our NEW Swimming for Fitness Class on Wednesdays with Richelle! Our NEW instructor Reece will be teaching Barbell Strong on Wednesdays and Fridays.

You can get a FREE Wellness Program T-Shirt or Tank Top when you sign-up BEFORE the start of classes on September 27th! Note, you will need to pick up your T-Shirt or Tank at the Rec Center front desk.

Return of the instructors: Richelle is back for Tuesday & Thursday morning Master's Swim, Melanie is back for Monday & Wednesday Flow Yoga, and Darcie is back for Tuesday & Thursday Fitness Class and Wednesday Running Class.

Classes that are back again: combined Beginning and intermediate Pickleball is back on Mondays & Wednesdays, Zumba is back on Fridays (along with Mondays and Wednesdays), and Monday Spin with Richelle & Friday Spin with Jeanine are both back.
