Registration open for winter exercise classes
A couple of small changes have been made to the winter quarter slate of exercise classes offered by the Faculty and Staff Wellness Program at Western Washington University:
- Zumba now will be offered three days per week.
- Meditation class will now be offered from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays with Western's own Ronna Biggs.
- All other classes from fall 2013 will continue on. Register now for winter classes.
In other news:
- Western has been designated as a Platinum Fit-Friendly Worksite by the American Heart Association for the second year in a row (2012 and 2013). The Faculty & Staff Wellness Program was also honored with Seattle Business Magazine's Leaders in Health Care Sliver Award for Outstanding Wellness Program in 2013.
