Planning a fitness resolution? Western's employee wellness program can help
If your 2012 new year's resolutions include anything about getting or staying in shape, Western Washington University's Faculty and Staff Wellness Program has you covered. Check out the lineup of program offerings for winter quarter. There's a new morning yoga class and a new walking group, and Zumba is back, too! More time offerings are available, too, including before and after work, noon, and 1 p.m.
