Transitions helps students navigate Western

Transitions, Western Washington University's advising, registration and orientation program for new transfer students, has been taking place on campus for the past couple of days. It continues (and ends) on Monday, July 23.

Participants register for one of the day-long sessions; roughly 800 students and 300 family members currently are registered to attend.

The program features academic advising and support, class registration, informative workshops, lunch on the PAC Plaza (weather-permitting) and an extensive information fair for students and families to become more familiar with Western's services and resources.

The New Student Services / Family Outreach office welcomes new students and families every year as they join the Western community. Contact the office for more information at (360) 650-3846.
