Students break from their studies during field day at WWU

As a way of giving stressed-out students a needed break, the Western Washington University DECA club held a field day Tuesday, May 24, for the WWU community.

The time of fun, competition and relaxation featured inflatable toys,  a water-balloon toss, Sumo wrestling, three-legged races, baseball and more.

Collegiate DECA is a student-driven organization that values competence, innovation, integrity and teamwork. The club prepares students for careers by integrating skills learned in the classroom into real-world experiences.

The WWU DECA club recently was named the Associated Students new club of the year.
