'Questioning the Archive' photo exhibit on display in library windows through June 7

Three photography classes at Western Washington University have joined forces to create the "Questioning the Archives" photo exhibit, which is on display in the windows of Wilson Library through Monday, June 7. An additional component to the project is on display on the second floor of the Fine Arts Building.

Each of the three classes used a specific technique -- black and white, color and alternative process -- to create the large-format self-portraits. Students were encouraged to research and investigate the archive as a concept and were given a tour of the Washington State Archive Center.
