Parking construction update: 7/27

Lot 7G pavement repairs are complete. Storm drainage system and landscaping are installed. The project is on schedule to be finished by the end of the month.

WEEK OF JULY 25 – JULY 31:

• Pressure wash
• Apply seal coat
• Paint stripes and arrows
• Install wheel stops
• Remove barricades

AVOID THE FRESHLY SEALED LOT. The pavement on each side of the concrete alley will have two seal coats installed this week. The contractor has removed fencing to make parking in Lot 3R easier; they will put up cones and caution tape to deter access to wet seal. DO NOT MOVE OR CROSS THE BARRIERS.

In-house irrigation and final landscaping along the west side of Lot 7G will be performed after the lot reopens. There may be several parking spaces that will be closed periodically while the work gets done.
