PageUp Recruiting & Onboarding Module Pilot Rollout Coming May 17

The Talent Management implementation team is excited to announce that on May 17 the PageUp recruiting and onboarding module will roll out to a limited pilot group.

What is going to happen during the pilot group rollout?

Starting May 17, 2017, the implementation team will work with the pilot group (Extended Education, Fairhaven College, and various departments from BFA) and begin posting new job recruitments with the PageUp system. The implementation team will continue to deploy the new system as other departments have positions that come up for recruitment.

This phased rollout allows our pilot group to provide feedback to the implementation team for any adjustments during the transition period from Novus to PageUp. This approach will also provide more focused training to a smaller group of hiring administrators and managers.

Departments that have hiring needs after May 17h should contact Stephanie Ludemann of Human Resources at x3306 for the new process within the PageUp system.

Novus EASE will continue to run as the Western job site together with PageUp until all positions are completed within the system. Applicants will be directed to two separate sites while applying for Western jobs.

Will my recruitment be posted in PageUp or Novus?

Contact Stephanie Ludemann (x3306) when you have hiring needs. Stephanie will determine whether the posting will be in PageUp or Novus.

When will I receive Western PageUp training?
The implementation team will host a few “Open House” sessions to introduce Western PageUp to campus. Individual training will be arranged when a department contacts Stephanie Ludemann and the request is determined to be posted on Western PageUp.

Do I need to do anything during the pilot phase?
There is no need to do anything different during the pilot phase. However, if you have a new hire request, please contact Stephanie Ludemann (x3306).
