Trimble publishes several books, articles

Joseph E. Trimble, a professor of psychology at Western Washington University. published the seventh edited edition of "Counseling Across Cultures," with P. Pedersen, W. Lonner, J. Draguns & M. Sharron-del Rio. In the book, he also co-authored two chapters, titled "Counseling North American indigenous peoples" (with J. Gonzalez) and "Multicultural counseling foundations: A synthesis of research findings on selected topics" (with T. Smith, A. Soto & D. Griner).

Also, in a book titled "Handbook of Psychotherapy and Religious Diversity, 2nd Edition," he co-authored a chapter titled "North American Indian and Alaska Native spirituality and psychotherapy" (with J. King, D. Norman, D. Bigfoot, & T. LaFromboise).

In September, Trimble published a book titled "Diversity and Leadership" (with J. L. Chin), and he co-authored a journal article titled "Most of the story is missing: Advocating for a more complete intervention story" (with E. Trickett & J. Allen) that appeared in the "American Journal of Community Psychology."
