Myers participates in workshop on natural history and society

Gene Myers, a professor of environmental studies at Western Washington University's Huxley College of the Environment, was an invited participant at a National Science Foundation- and University of Washington-sponsored workshop on natural history and society from Jan. 24 to 28 at Rancho de la Osa in the southern Arizona Sonoran Desert. Part of an effort to breathe new life into natural history in education and society, the workshop and its results are online at http://naturalhistorynetwork.org/workshops.shtml.
