Miran presents paper at Ethiopian studies conference

Jonathan Miran, associate professor in the Liberal Studies Department, co-organized (with Marina de Regt, VU University Amsterdam) the panel “Ethiopians in Yemen, Yemenis in Ethiopia: Transregional Mobility in a Historical Perspective” at the 19^th International Conference of Ethiopian Studies held in Warsaw, Poland, Aug. 24 to 28. His paper on the panel was titled “Zabid: Translocal Histories between Yemen and Northeast Africa.”
