Huxley on the Peninsulas' Troy Abel contributes chapter to new book
Troy Abel, associate professor of Environmental Policy at Huxley College on the Peninsulas, has co-authored a chapter in Routledge’s Handbook of Environmental Justice along with WSU-Vancouver Political Science Professor Mark Stephan. The chapter’s title is “Streams of toxic and hazardous waste disparities, politics and policy.”
