Western's Office of Sustainability is facilitating its Viking Supported Agriculture (VSA) program that connects students, staff, and faculty to farmers who deliver boxes of their farm fresh items, a “farm box,” directly to campus. The deceased is pictured in this photo, shown at right, leaving the Walgreens on Samish Way in Bellingham after making a purchase at 10:24 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020, He is described as a caucasian male in his 20s, and 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds.
