WWU Veteran’s Outreach Center to Host ‘Stories Deployed’ May 9

Western Washington University’s Veteran’s Outreach Center will host “Stories Deployed: The Veteran Chronicles” from 4-6 p.m. on Thursday, May 9 in the Wilson Library Reading Room.

This event is free and open to the public.

Stories Deployed brings together people from all branches of the military to share their stories through powerful personal writings, as they reflect on what it means to serve their country and transition back into the community.

This event is cosponsored by the Western Veterans Outreach Center, the AS Western Veterans Community, the Bellingham Vet Center, the Red Badge Project, the VFW Post 1585 and Western’s English Department.
