WWU to Hold Go Abroad Fair Jan. 25

Western's Go Abroad Fair will take place on campus from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25, in the Mac Gym at the Wade King Student Recreation Center. The fair is the largest campus-wide event dedicated to providing information about study, service, volunteer, work and internship positions abroad.

Fair attendees can meet with representatives from approximately 50 organizations. Some participating organizations include Semester at Sea, Adventure Teaching, Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE), Peace Corps, Wildlands Studies, and a range of internationally focused programs at WWU.

Also featured are the WWU Global Learning Faculty-led Programs.  Join WWU faculty in short-term programs abroad this summer in disciplines such as Biology, Environmental Studies, Sustainable Development, Art, Economics, French, English, Political Science, and Communications, Sciences & Disorders.  Programs will take place in Montreal, Guatemala, Greece, Iceland, India, Italy, Mexico, and Rwanda, to name a few.
