WWU Office of Admissions welcomes high school counselors as part of regional college tour

Western Washington University’s Office of Admissions will host a group of 36 high school and independent counselors July 15-16 as the last stop in a tour of colleges in Western Washington. The tour is organized by the Pacific Northwest Association of College Admissions Counseling (PNACAC).

Counselors will arrive the evening of Thursday, July 15, and enjoy dinner on campus with faculty, staff, and students. They will then explore Bellingham on their own and stay in Mathes. The morning of Friday, July 16 will be spent with Student Affairs staff after breakfast, meeting faculty during a student-led tour of campus and learning more about Admissions during lunch. Almost all of these counselors are from states other than Washington.
