WWU Athletics celebrates retirement of Kay Davis with gathering July 28
Please join WWU Athletics in celebrating the retirement of Kay Davis on Thursday, July 28, in the Hall of Fame Room on the second floor of Carver Gym. Kay has spent more than 11 years at Western, with the last eight as the administrative assistant in the Department of Athletics. Kay has been an integral part of the Western family and is a big part of the success of Athletics with all of her behind-the-scenes work. Beyond all of that, Kay is a friend to everyone and has been a key contributor to the WWU campus during her time in Bellingham.
What: Kay Davis Retirement Gathering
When: Thursday, July 28 (2-4 pm)
Where: Hall of Fame Room in Carver Gym (2nd floor)
Everyone is invited to send Kay off as she gets to spend more time with her family and be more involved in her two grandkid’s lives, and of course golfing, traveling, lots of reading and pursuing her newest passion, genealogy to continue researching her family’s roots.
