Improv for Leadership & Team Development

This is an experiential workshop designed to take a team through a series of improv activities in order to teach communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. If you are interested, please arrange to meet with Ron Marks to discuss how this can benefit your team.

Leader as Coach

Coaching is one of the highest leverage activities a leader can engage in and according to research is the number one leadership competency related to employee engagement. This cohort-based leadership development series is based on an interrelated set of skills that flow from a development-oriented and coaching style of leadership. Leader as Coach is a six session series of workshops exclusively for leaders in a position to coach direct reports. These sessions are “practice-heavy” and entail homework in the form of skills practice. While appropriate for leaders at all levels, the content has been created with leaders at the Director or Dean to Assistant Director or Chair level. Consider this an advanced leadership development course in terms of its content.

Because of demand and the number of people on the wait list from previous quarters, the current cohort is full. If you are interested in participating next quarter, please email Ron Marks to get a spot on the wait list.

Leading Student Staff: A Roundtable for new and experienced managers of student staff
