Western's Spanel Planetarium to Host Virtual Show March 12

Join the Spanel Planetarium for a live virtual presentation, "What is a Planet?" at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 12, taking a look at the night sky and all it has to offer. We'll pick out constellations, stars, planets, and deep space objects you can find on a clear night in your own backyard!

Tickets are $8 and can be purchased from Western's Box Office at https://www.wwu.edu/pacboxoffice/. Be sure to include your e-mail, as a Zoom link will be sent to that address by noon the day before the presentation. Tickets will be available for purchase until noon the day of the presentation, and each ticket purchase includes a printable PDF of that month's star chart.

For disability accommodations, please contact the Spanel Planetarium at physics@wwu.edu. Disability access information is available online at Transportation Services, and further resources can be found on Western's Disability Access Center website and the AS Disability Outreach Center.
