Western Libraries Special Collections Open House set for Feb. 2

What’s so special about Special Collections? Come and find out on Thursday, Feb. 2, when Special Collections staff will give an informal tour of this part of Western Libraries. Highlights from the collections will be on display, including many recent acquisitions of rare books, and you will have an opportunity to learn about how Special Collections has grown and changed in recent years to better support teaching and learning at WWU.

Students, faculty, and staff are all invited to attend. Tours will be offered at 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Feel free to just drop in but if you plan to bring a class or other large group, advance notice is requested.

Special Collections is located on the sixth floor of Wilson. If you have questions or to request a disability accommodation, please contact Michael Taylor, Special Collections Librarian, at taylo213@wwu.edu or (360) 650-3097.
