Wellness offering free Nia workshops

Move your body in fun, free-spirited ways without getting all sore and sweaty!

Nia Playshop participants will:

  • Explore simple movements that increase flexibility, agility, mobility, strength and stability.
  • Experiment with movement patterns that improve coordination, balance and spatial awareness.
  • Learn some basic ways to customize movement to meet personal needs.
  • Experience meditative movement and purposeful play to lower stress and feel good.
