About the Presentation: Finding a Healthy Work-Life Balance can be extremely difficult, especially during these economic times when we are being asked to do more and more with less and less. This presentation will provide an overview of the lifestyle principles that can promote a healthy work-life balance while incorporating dimensions of wellness to one's life. About the Presenter: Ralph Vernacchia, Ph.D. directs the undergraduate and graduate programs in sport psychology at Western Washington University, as well as WWU's Center for Performance Excellence (www.wwu.edu/cpe).
