Webinar to explain publishing in new campus digital repository

A webinar about publishing in Western CEDAR, the new campus digital repository at Western Washington University, will take place from 11 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, Sept. 2, in Haggard Hall Room 232.

This webinar will include:

• a tour of the peer-review workflow and publishing tools within Digital Commons, including key features that help editors create high-impact publications with minimal time and cost
• examples of books, journals, conferences, and other publications that use the Digital Commons platform to maximum effect
• a description of bepress support and services that make your publishing operation run smoothly without overtaxing your library or IT team

This presentation will discuss platform features as well as publishing strategies, and it is intended both for library staff and faculty editors.
