VU opens its doors, MPR now a student study space
Western has announced that the Viking Union has opened its doors, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed Veterans Day). While no services are available, the Multi-Purpose Room will be home to a student study space. There is also comfortable seating throughout the 6th floor. At this time, the building is only open to students, staff, and faculty. Face coverings and symptom attestations are required, physical distancing will be monitored, and gatherings will be limited to five people or less. Please note that there is no eating allowed in the building, and greeters will welcome you at the Garden Street and High Street main entrances.
