Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Provided Feb.8 to April 17

Students from Western Washington University (WWU) and community volunteers will offer free tax assistance at Parks Hall 336 from February 8th to April 17th.

Sponsored by WWU’s Beta Alpha Psi and Accounting Society in cooperation with the Internal Revenue Service, the VITA program is staffed by students from WWU and other volunteer members of the community. The VITA program helps low- and moderate-income taxpayers electronically prepare their tax returns.

Western Washington University’s site is open three days a week in Parks Hall 336: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.  Western's site is open from February 8th to March 9th, and from March 27th to April 17th.
