University Dining Services at Western Washington University welcomes two new faces to its campus management team this year:
Chuck Parsons, director of operations: Parsons comes to Western via Grambling State University, where he served as senior foodservice director. He has more than 30 years of experience in dining services, and he and his wife are thrilled to be relocating back to the Pacific Northwest.
Tim Gibbons, director of catering: Gibbons comes to Western with over 20 years of fine dining and catering experience. He graduated with a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University and owned his own catering company at the Bellingham cruise terminal for 10 years. He joined the Dining Services team in 2011 as the chef manager at Ridgeway Commons.
