Travel on south campus constricted through summer

Road travel through south campus will be restricted for the next few months as a couple of construction projects are underway.

The gravel lots flanking South College Drive are closed for the next few months for rehabilitation work. For more information, visit the Parking Services or Facilities Development and Capital Budget websites.

In addition, the City of Bellingham is resurfacing a portion of Bill McDonald Parkway through late July. One section is completely closed but access to the parking lots remains open and the Campus Services Facility remains accessible from the south. Flaggers are working the area, and drivers should expect some delays. Traffic is being detoured via South College Drive.

Just north of campus, city workers also are resurfacing a portion of Billy Frank, Jr. Street between Holly and Chestnut. More information on road closures is available via the city's website.
