Tokyo House sushi just one of local products available on campus from Dining Services

Tokyo House is located just a few blocks north of Western Washington University, and the company makes daily deliveries of fresh product, Monday through Friday.

The sushi is just one of the many locally sourced products available from University Dining Services in campus cafes and markets.

Tokyo House sushi can be found in the refrigerated, grab and go cases at The Atrium, Miller Market and Viking Union Market. Typically available are California rolls, Bellingham rolls, shrimp tempura rolls and vegetarian N. Garden rolls. All the sushi comes in eight-piece packages, with retail prices ranging from $3.95 to $5.49 plus tax, or from $3.56 to $4.94 for those paying with Munch Money.

Other local products include those from Edaleen Dairy, the Community Co-op, Rocket Donuts, Baker's Breakfast Cookies and Tony's Coffee.

More information about Munch Money, locations and hours of operation, local vendors and more can be found online or by calling (360) 650-2970.
