Summer Wellness Class Registration is Open for Faculty and Staff

Attention Western Faculty & Staff, 

Registration is now OPEN for Summer Wellness Classes! Classes will be offered again LIVE online through Microsoft Teams starting Monday, July 6th through Friday, September 11th.

Check out the Faculty and Staff Wellness Home Page for online class details and the updated Online Wellness Class schedule. Please be sure to register at least a day before your class(es) start. If you happen to register the morning of, please email Darcie.Hill@wwu.edu.

We are excited to offer a NEW CLASS this Summer -- Bike Commuting Fitness with our new instructor Jillian Trinkaus! Please check the class page for details since this class is organized differently than our other Wellness Classes.

Per usual, classes are during Noon-1pm hour unless otherwise specified. Morning Yoga and Bike Commuting Fitness will be offered at 7-8am, and our half-hour Meditation will be from 12:15-12:45pm.  

Wondering if online classes are for you? Hear more from your Wellness Class peers on how LIVE Online Wellness Classes have impacted their work-from-home lives. Depending on our phase progression, some classes may be able to adopt a fusion style of both in-person and online — I will keep you posted on this! Until further notice, plan to be online.

FREE Nutrition and Wellness Consults are still available through our online platform with Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Darcie Hill.
