Summer Construction Projects Town Hall Meeting Set for May 10

This year's Summer Construction Projects Town Hall Meeting will be held from noon- 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 10 in Haggard Hall 345.

Summer construction season is fast approaching and the project managers at the Facilities Development Office have public works project news to share with you. Project managers will review project scopes, scheduling, construction impacts and safety concerns on all these projects. The Multicultural Center continues to be the project with the highest visibility, but other high-profile projects include the relocation of the DisAbility Resources Office and the Veteran Services Office from Old Main into Wilson Library.

In addition, this is an opportunity to meet (or re-meet) Josh Kavulla, electrical engineer and new associate director of Facilities Development (replacing Ed Simpson, who recently retired). We also have several new project managers on our team who will join our more senior staff members in answering and addressing your project questions/concerns.

Please pass this information on to any interested colleagues.

The presentation will be posted on the FDCB website after May 10 for those who are unable to attend.
