Summer construction projects to be topic of April 22 meeting

The Facilities Development & Capital Budget Office will present summer construction project information from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, April 22, in Haggard Hall Room 253. This summer promises to be another very busy construction season; attend the meeting for early notice on what impacts to expect.

Project scope, scheduling, construction impacts and safety concerns will be discussed. The Carver Academic Facility renovation continues to be the project with the highest visibility, but other projects with widespread effects include improvements to multiple parking lots and a City of Bellingham paving project on Bill McDonald Parkway. The presentation will be posted on the FDCB website for those who are unable to attend.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call Gail Kuromiya, university planner, at 360-650-6199.
